Anchorage Area ABA Center Named as Top National Behavioral Service Provider
ANCHORAGE, Alaska, October 17, 2017 (Newswire.com) - The Behavioral Health Center of Excellence (BHCOE) has recognized Good Behavior Beginnings with a 2-Year Accreditation, acknowledging the organization as a top behavioral service provider in the country. The BHCOE Accreditation recognizes exceptional behavioral health providers that excel in the areas of clinical quality, staff satisfaction and qualifications, and consumer satisfaction. These areas are measured via a wide-ranging audit, including interviews with agency clinical leadership, a detailed staff qualification review, anonymous staff satisfaction survey, and anonymous consumer satisfaction survey.
"Good Behavior Beginnings clearly strives for and achieves clinical excellence, providing comprehensive, and individualized services for each client. They are an example in creating excellent programming providing compassionate, ethical, and effective care to individuals with autism and their families," said Sara Gershfeld Litvak, Founder of BHCOE. "We are excited to congratulate Dr. Rachel White and her team on continuing to run a top-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program. They are an incredible resource for the Anchorage area and beyond and we are proud to renew their accreditation as a BHCOE."
We are honored to renew our BHCOE Accreditation because it reflects our values and we look forward to continuing to strive for the highest standards within our industry and working to elevate the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.

BHCOE Accreditation is the only ABA-specific accreditation. It provides feedback regarding clinical best practices, staff satisfaction and turnover, and consumer protection. Acting as a third-party, the organization systematically measures and reports on existing quality criteria in the behavior analysis community using standardized methods and practices, and accredits only those service agencies that meet these standards.
"At Good Behavior Beginnings, we make every effort to ensure that our services are backed by evidence-based innovations in ABA and executed by a team of dedicated and qualified providers to be able to empower our clients and support their families," said Dr. Rachel White. "We are honored to renew our BHCOE Accreditation because it reflects our values and we look forward to continuing to strive for the highest standards within our industry and working to elevate the field of Applied Behavior Analysis."
