Family Behavioral Health Earns BHCOE Accreditation Receiving National Recognition for Commitment to Quality Improvement

BHCOE Accreditation has recognized Family Behavioral Health with a 1-Year Accreditation, acknowledging the organization as a behavioral service provider dedicated to continuous improvement in Applied Behavior Analysis. BHCOE Accreditation recognizes behavioral health providers that excel in the areas of clinical quality, staff qualifications, and consumer satisfaction and promote systems that enhance these areas. These areas are measured via a wide-ranging audit, including interviews with agency clinical leadership, in-depth on-site observation, a detailed staff qualification review, anonymous staff satisfaction survey, and anonymous consumer satisfaction survey.

“Family Behavioral Health is a great example of a behavioral health provider that is clearly committed to high-quality care. Their dedication to their clients is showcased in excellent clinical and organizational practices as well as exemplary treatment programming and planning,” said Sara Gershfeld Litvak, Founder of BHCOE. “It is with great pleasure that we congratulate President and Executive Clinical Director, Christal Bello, and her team, on creating an outstanding program that is an exceptional resource to the Massachusetts autism community.”

BHCOE Accreditation is the only Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA)-specific accreditation. It provides feedback regarding clinical best practices, staff satisfaction and turnover, and consumer protection. Acting as a third-party, the organization systematically measures and reports on existing quality criteria in the behavior analysis community using standardized methods and practices, and accredits only those service agencies that meet these standards.

“At Family Behavioral Health, our mission is to provide effective and ethical applied behavior analysis services to improve the quality of life for our clients and their families. We are honored to receive BHCOE Accreditation because it exemplifies our commitment to individualized, innovative and evidence-based care that supports our clients in making truly meaningful progress,” said President and Executive Clinical Director, Christal Bello, MA., LABA, BCBA. “We are incredibly proud and grateful to our exceptionally talented, dedicated, and compassionate team of professionals who are devoted to providing individualized treatment of the highest quality to those we service. We are excited to continue to provide comprehensive behavior analytic services to this community and beyond for years to come.”
