Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education Earns 3-Year BHCOE Accreditation

Central Texas Autism Treatment Center Named as Top National Behavioral Service Provider

The Behavioral Health Center of Excellence (BHCOE) has awarded Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education with a 3-Year Accreditation, recognizing the organization as a top behavioral service provider in the country. The accreditation celebrates exceptional behavioral health providers that excel in the areas of clinical quality, staff satisfaction and qualifications, and consumer satisfaction. These areas are measured via a wide-ranging audit, including interviews with agency clinical leadership, a detailed staff qualification review, anonymous staff satisfaction survey and anonymous consumer satisfaction survey.

“Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education is an example of dedication to clinical excellence and ethical care. They strive to meet high standards while utilizing current best practices and elevate the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) through their commitment to providing the highest quality of services,” said Sara Gershfeld Litvak, founder of BHCOE. “We are very excited to congratulate founders Rob and Kathryn Fattal and their compassionate and skilled team on running an ABA program that is effective, ethical and an invaluable resource for the Central Texas autism community and beyond.”

We've set out to lovingly serve one another and our clients, and we know that this sets us apart. We're honored, humbled and very excited about our BHCOE accreditation.

BHCOE is an international accrediting body used to help funders and identify quality behavioral health providers. Acting as a third party, the organization systematically measures and reports on existing quality criteria in the behavior analysis community using standardized methods and practices, and awards only those service agencies that meet these standards.

“We're incredibly thrilled. This accreditation confirms what we've believed about our organization since the beginning,” said founder and CQO Kathryn Fattal, MS, BCBA. “The Cultivators are relentless in their pursuit of excellence, so it's quite exciting that we've been honored as a BHCOE. We're committed to remaining just as unsettled as we were before, constantly pushing the limits and making everything better and better. Our staff and clients deserve that, so we're not stopping anytime soon - our vision goes FAR BEYOND what we’ve accomplished to date.”

“When we initiated the BHCOE audit, we were rightfully anxious about what would result. Either get accredited, and celebrate, or not get accredited, and wonder how we were so off about the quality that we thought we were offering. The BHCOE accreditation means a lot to our entire organization, both clinically and operationally,’ said founder and CEO Rob El Fattal, MS, BCBA. “Both our staff, the Cultivators, and our clients have believed in the mission that we’ve had since day one. It’s a mission where we never settle and where mediocrity is never accepted. It’s about doing the right thing, all the time, and being proactive about making business decisions that positively affect our staff and clients. In an industry that’s often dominated by the bottom line, our aim is a whole lot different. Our actual values are consistent with our stated values and that matters on so many levels. We’ve set out to lovingly serve one another and our clients, and we know that this sets us apart. We’re honored, humbled and very excited about our BHCOE accreditation. We’ve got a lot more work ahead with expansions in Texas and beyond, and this was just the affirmation that we needed going into such a FRUITFUL season with so much potential.”
