Autism Centers of Michigan Earns 2-Year Behavioral Health Center of Excellence Accreditation

Michigan Autism Treatment Center Named as Top National Behavioral Service Provider

The Behavioral Health Center of Excellence (BHCOE) has awarded Autism Centers of Michigan with a 2-Year Accreditation, recognizing the organization as a top behavioral service provider in the country. The Accreditation celebrates exceptional behavioral health providers that excel in the areas of clinical quality, staff satisfaction and qualifications, and consumer satisfaction. These areas are measured via a wide-ranging audit, including interviews with agency clinical leadership, a detailed staff qualification review, anonymous staff satisfaction survey, and anonymous consumer satisfaction survey.

“The Autism Centers of Michigan is an impressive behavioral services provider that is clearly committed to top quality care. Through best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), they help clients and their families to achieve meaningful improvements in quality of life,” said Sara Gershfeld Litvak, Founder of BHCOE. “We are excited to congratulate ACM’s founder, Dr. Jordan Boudreau, BCBA-D and his fantastic team on creating an ethical, effective program that is a truly valuable resource to Michigan’s autism community.”

BHCOE is an international accrediting body used to help funders and identify quality behavioral health providers. Acting as a third-party, the organization systematically measures and reports on existing quality criteria in the behavior analysis community using standardized methods and practices, and awards only those service agencies that meet these standards.

“At Autism Centers of Michigan, our goal is to improve the quality of life of our clients and their families through high-quality, evidence-based care,” said Chairman and Founder Dr. Jordan Boudreau, BCBA-D, “We are honored to earn the BHCOE Accreditation because it reflects our commitment to our core values of teamwork, authenticity, and evidence-based solutions. We are very proud of our dedicated team of compassionate professionals that are the foundation of our organization and made earning the BHCOE Accreditation a reality.”

“We’re thrilled to receive this accreditation, and for what it says about the quality of our staff and our behavioral services,” said Chief Clinical Officer Krista Boe, BCBA. “We are committed to creating a collaborative environment for our clinical professionals, where clients benefit from the best practices and the best thinking of our entire organization.
